From a Trading Desk to Industrial Manufacturing.
The Unisoft Group was born from the entrepreneurial vision of its founder and chairman, Anwarun Nabi Majumder, who established his first enterprise in 1985 with determination and a deep knowledge of Bangladesh's trade landscape. That first venture - ANM International - began by trading footwear raw materials, artificial leather, and industrial adhesives, building the commercial relationships and market expertise that would underpin every subsequent venture. Over four decades, that single trading desk has expanded into a diversified group spanning manufacturing, chemical production, hospitality, and trade - each entity built deliberately, each adding a new dimension to the group's capabilities.
Today, Unisoft Group's flagship manufacturing arm, Unisoft Synthetic Industries, is recognised as one of Bangladesh's leading producers of EVA foam products, insulation materials, and industrial adhesives - operating from its manufacturing facility at Bhulta, Rupganj, Narayanganj, and serving the construction, footwear, and manufacturing sectors across the country.
